What I like here is that there is plenty of scope for self-learning in addition to the training & development provided. It is fine as long as you make mistakes and learn from them. Elaborate training is provided to the employees over here. It helps to up skill and expand the knowledge level. Got to learn number of new methods and technologies. On work front everything is going in fine manner. Recently got promoted and received a hike. It was as per my expectation.
