It is one of the best company where I started my career. Off late i have felt some discrimination happening between employees of Delhi and Mumbai for onsite opportunities. Later people from Mumbai started feeling that if you belong from a particular region in Maharashtra your chances of being hired and getting onsite opportunities were more. Even appraisals were also more for guys from a particular region and marathi. The company emphasise on communication in English just to show off, but people get promoted if you understand and speak marathi more. This is the company which has potential to be bigger in SAP but only people with good licking skills getting onsite and promotion. They dont even rotate and provide chance to other eligible and capable people for long onsite and resend those people for onsite again who were already sent onsite for 5 years and just spent cooling period in India. Dislikes

Discrimination only in terms of promotion and onsite if you are non marathi. Otherwise its very good company to work in. They care for their employees and work from home days are allowed for everyone.
