The only thing that I like about Knoah is it offers you a scope of employment even from the undergraduate level which most of the companies doesn't do.

Dislikes

This list goes on because Knoah is one such company which is least bothered about the employees as it doesn't have to struggle too much to employee new people. People come like floods to join because most of them will be freshers and incomplete graduates like me.This place actually feels like a training institute where most of the people join and go or get terminated within 1year. This place is completely insecure, hard to work, no good compensation, no leaves, no good transport facility., No god food. This is a personal honest review after 2ys of struggle at this place and still goes on because I am in lack of a good opportunity. If you are willing to see how terrible a company can be and how tuff the corporate culture is, then this place will actually teach you a lot and you could realize a lot about your career....Read More

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
