I only like about intellect design arena is that encouragement from managers side.

Dislikes

I dislike company culture and also heavy work pressure as well as there is no satisfaction about work if did work well. There is no appraisal from team leader and communication workers.

Only Colleagues.

Dislikes

Poor management. They terminate without intimation. No work balance, Less Job security. You can't expect good life in Intellect. Even they won't give KT. I won't recommend anyone to join. Nothing good about the Company. I don't recommend fresher to join.
