Things are good, people are good work life balance mostly on team and manager

Not much learning opportunity mostly in my team, they are trying to give no code platform which will destroy your technical skills after 1-2 years you will not be able to write basic coding if you are working on these tools, you will forget all your angular skills, java, spring boot, etc and you will become dumb like me, if you go in market to find job no one will take you.

Nothing. Only one thing you can learn is Office Politics from people who are surviving there for years by playing office politics creating dependency on them and getting promotions and hikes though they don't deserve.

I can't talk a about the entire organisation but the iGTB team I worked with was absolutely pathetic. The manager and the design leads are exceptionally toxic. When problems are escalated to the HR and higher management no action is taken.
