Disturb at week ends. Kills ur personal time. Ask to work 12 Hrs or more. Calls over phone at night 12.30. Ask you to work on sick leave. No Employee improvement plan. Only 7 Holidays in an year. Very frustrating culture. If u r joining newly, u ll be ragged by old employees in the company around 20Yrs. Do not ever fall in their trap.

Fancy designations given but the work or respect given is no where related to it. Unachievable commmitments are given to clients . Big salary gap between long term existing employees and new joiners.HR should take care of long term serving employees.

Nothing. Only one thing you can learn is Office Politics from people who are surviving there for years by playing office politics creating dependency on them and getting promotions and hikes though they don't deserve.

Everything Role will be different than what was told to you .All development will be done using their internal tools which has zero value outside and ultimately all your skills will be lost and you will not be employable anywhere else Toxic team and clients No SDLC processes are being followed No employee friendly policy Work culture, Team structure is bad and everyone is frustrated and no knowledge sharing. I can't talk a about the entire organisation but the iGTB team I worked with was absolutely pathetic. The manager and the design leads are exceptionally toxic. When problems are escalated to the HR and higher management no action is taken.
