Working at intellect would be fun sometimes as you don't get enough of a task in the first few months. I left intellect within 2 months. They offered almost every recruit Gurgaon as their location and when I went in with the same request with certain genuine conditions, no one came in to help. - Firstly, I don't understand the concept wherein the company recruit freshers from campus drives and if the same position goes for external hiring then they look for at least 2 years of experience. - Intellect is a newborn brand which turned its services into products. - They showcase clients who were there at the time of Polaris. - HR intervention is there in everything. Be it a product delivery which requires technical knowledge or be it a conversation with manager. - New verticals of intellect lack clarity of role. I was trapped in the same pothole wherein no one in my team had clarity. - If you're north indian then good luck if you get your base location as Chennai. I can't talk a about the entire organisation but the iGTB team I worked with was absolutely pathetic. The manager and the design leads are exceptionally toxic. When problems are escalated to the HR and higher management no action is taken.

Client interaction is good. I mean you are in regular touch with client and if you can establish a rapo, chances are that they may offer you a position, and this has happened number of times here. Further, Intellect is a Fintech company supporting banks, so if you have a BFSI work experience, you can negotiate for a much higher salary than competitor.

Internal promotion and appraisal sucks. Weekend or night doesn't matter, you have to be available as and when required.
