I started working here as a fresher and I had a really great time learning and working here ...as a fresher initially I had no much experience with my technical skills but eventually I was expert as I work hard and learned everything. Working in Intellect gave me alot of experience as a consultant and individually.. I gained a lot of experience, knowledge and good connections here.

Dislikes

I feel the HR team needs to set more of activities that make individual connect with cross functional teams...also intellect can provide more benefits for employees.

I like company culture plus it is very best to start career for freshers. HR arranges lot of sessions which are benificial for the employees and colleagues are also very supportive with each other.
