Work-Life balance is good. You won't be made to work overtime often. Just once in a week or 2 weeks. You get decent to good systems to work on. Chennai office is located within an IT park, so we can get fine snacks and food at the common cafeteria. Optional flexible working hours.

Micromanagement. Hardly any bonuses or appraisals no matter how long you stay with the company. They do not get good clients to work on producing quality work. Eagerness to embrace new tools, technologies and techniques is limited.
