A pleasant and more convenient place to work, especially as a resident of Pondicherry.

The dislike is simply personal. I was reporting to a least compassionate person while working in the company. He always believed in creating fear amongst team mates in order to get the job done which I believe is imbecile/small minded. Humiliating team mates in public created anguish and hatred towards the job. It is very easy for amanager/team leader to identify whether or not a person is really interested in doing the job. One can easily identify if a person has intensions to fulfil temporary needs and run away without leaving a note. The person to whom I was reporting never refrained from boasting and bragging about his achievements and greatness purposely to intimidate new comers. We all have so many issues to be dealt with in our personal life, this being the case why cannot things ease up with the professional life. People can be more compassionate than being arrogant at work place which will certainly elevate things in a more natural way....Read More

Work-Life balance is good. You won't be made to work overtime often. Just once in a week or 2 weeks. You get decent to good systems to work on. Chennai office is located within an IT park, so we can get fine snacks and food at the common cafeteria. Optional flexible working hours.

Micromanagement. Hardly any bonuses or appraisals no matter how long you stay with the company. They do not get good clients to work on producing quality work. Eagerness to embrace new tools, technologies and techniques is limited. Second Saturday is considered a working day but since nobody works on that day, they'll force you to use up your 12 sick leaves throughout the year.
