There is a day shift. Nothing more to say.

First of all there is no job security at all. The team leaders are highly attitude people's. Only one or two with a right skill to train their juniors. No more appraisal, no proper week offs, no more rewards, no more regular week offs and finally there is no genuine relationship with the TL's and Team member's. Worst management too
