For non gujaratis stay away, as gujarati is predominantly spoken creating an exclusive environment for employees from other region. Lack of communication and inconsistency in policies and overall a toxic environment to work in.

Very bad management, Manager has a project management certification, but still he is not able to manage the projects, all projects going into loss and because of this they started to filter the employees, hold increment, change policies and all other things which can benefit to company but they are not thinking about employees.
