Company is readily adopt latest technology. I love the fact that i am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a global business. I also like that we are getting business from various cultural background.

Dislikes

Growth is very slow, The work pressure is very high, specially unethical pressure for unethical sale. Sometimes i have to work for 16-18 hours or at the time of month end i have spend whole night at C&F office. I have to attend calls of clients late in the evening and sometimes in nights. Managers do not value the individual unique strength, which is why I have to take back my suggestion most of the time. I have received appreciated by the clients but not mostly those were ignored by the managers. Work Details

my work is slightly challenging as I have to look after the entire product marketing and distribution life cycle as well as manage day-to-day yield operations. Pitching for my company as a marketer gets tiring and the task is slightly repetitive.
