Frequent job changes can be a concern, but you can frame it positively by emphasizing adaptability, diverse experience, and continuous learning. Try targeting startups or contract roles where frequent transitions are more common

Not having relieving letters can be a hurdle. Try reaching out to ex-colleagues or HR contacts to get experience letters or alternative proofs like salary slips

If you're facing rejections, consider networking more aggressively on LinkedIn, reaching out to hiring managers directly, and explaining your career moves strategically in interviews.

Chhoti companies ya startups try kar, unko zyada problem nahi hoti frequent job change se. Plus, try to build a solid narrative for your jumps!

6 companies in 8 years ? Its a serious issue and anyone will reject or not even consider your resume after watching this. What was the reason for these frequent switch ? Anyways. Just make a solid reason for that, and if you follow my advice, try to get a consultancy who can help you in finding job. otherwise if you stick to job portals i dont thing you will get through the screening of your resume only

If you can back it up with good reasoning then it should not be a problem at all. You need to have confidence in your skills. If a company needs your skills then they will not at all consider these points. Your interview should be excellent and you should always be the first choice for the employer. P.S. I also moved around a lot of companies. Some due to choice and others no choice (toxic environments).
