middle management worst , mainly in derma division south , they like the people only do un ethical sales , not for hard worker, and south sales manager also play internal politics, and mainly i know some area manager and reasonal managers having own business and they don't work they do unethical sales but they are hero's company will support those people

Company is good. One can stay for a longer period, sales pressure is there but company supports .

Dislikes

Politics and lobby is very much. Promotions are very slow so you won't get motivated after some point of time. Salary appraisal is not that much exciting.

Employee increments are less and as a intasian we have to protect our brands from small companies,they giving cash without taxes and taking 1:2 business once commitment over repeating services and comparatively small companies are giving more schemes, here we need to give schemes otherwise employees moving to other campanys,one more thing price very high compared to other companies,

Manager forcing to 12 hours work every day. You are sandwich between lower staff to upper management because union of lower staff. No body support you in last six months 20 engineering employee (Officer to assistant manager) left due to toxic work culture.

Feel likes we are in Tihar jail.. no phone allowed security treat us like we are prisoners and they are jailer..no work life balance ..no increment canteen facilities is also worst.
