1. Senior authorities are very rude, even the HR head talks rudely and makes u feel that you are nothing 2. Very high pressure for achieving targets, senior authorities won't listen to your problems and always judge you as if you are not working. They say words like "Ghar m dal roti nahi hai" and all and threaten you every day if you are failing the targets. 3. Internal Politics among different teams and even in same team. 4.
