Fixed 8.5 hrs of shift working and get paid for extra hrs if required. Hr policies.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)

Its not an MNC but a partnership firm of Kumar & Vimal. The duo has their own policies like - no water, no eatables on desk. 1 min late is LoP. cant step out of office during office hours. Lunch hour and break only during designated time. Time spent in toilets, cafetaria is also noted.

Dislikes

Its a subsidiary of a Spanish Pharma Giant but culture is completely different. Pathetic culture and work environment.

Good on-hand salary compared to other companies, Diwali Bonus not part of CTC, and good OT for junior level. Growing company with good future forecast. Good Place for new people in the industry.
