Management is pathetic, they run after saving 200 rupees if it's junior persons responsibility and spend 20 lac also if any senior person tells them. This way may senior people had thugged the company but Management still not able to realise

Worst place to work as there are very cheap level of politics. by management. Work culture is pathetic. Management following favoritism and one sided thought process. Kartik krishnan and Santosh Bhadkulle are few names among the management. HR head was personally vising to each department and was trying to manipulate the review about the company on social media by convening each of the employee. You should have to 'Chamacha' of the management to survive. Otherwise they will keep you in PIP. Do not make any mistake to join this third class company. Even after leaving the organization, you have to struggle to receive full & final settlement amount. There are other many things but I do not wanna to waste my time now. HR policies applies only to employees (specifically only to juniors). Management ignores their own policies. No respect for your contribution. Moneywise they'll think 100times to approve certain things, even people don't get laptop on joining day. Never recommend joining here
