They will hire the engineers very eagerly but they won't get you projects. Sometimes they might be hired as permanent but they will ask you to resign in middle due yo lack of projects. They have kindness they don't even provide you Severance package or compensation also. Immediately they will ask you to resign or else they will threaten you with blackmail like we don't give you experience certificate and who ever hired some people might be working for long time because of managerial roles since they don't have projects for them also it's tricky to sustain....Read More

It's been a year since I joined Inoptra & It's one of the best company I have ever worked for in my 14 years of career. Most importantly, Leadership has Employee-First approach.
