Regardless of how you perform, as long as you are in manager's good book, you will never be fired. Currently they have a pick up and drop facility till 25kms.

There is no growth. As a TL or manager, all they want you to do is babysit the team members and micromanage their work along with their personal life by not letting people take leaves. They expect all their employees to be at their beck and call every single second. Even would call you for a 6th day OT or expect you to work extra hours, but no payout, would rather adjust the day with an extra leave which they will never approve....Read More
