Starting off as a freelance web designer and then being a part of an e-sport/gaming/event startup; my corpate career started at Innova digital solutions as SAP basis trainee consultant . The initial experience was overwhelming as I was lucky to be a part of IVL as my coworkers and seniors made it comfortable for me to learn and evolve. SAP basis has a lot of opportunities and over the period I could improve my skills in networking , troubleshooting and os operations . Being deployed with real time clients gave me the opportunity to implement the skills and adapt to client requirements. An onsite project opportunity taught me a lot in terms of accountability , responsibility , time management and people skills. I would say enhancing your career at Innoval and exploring the lengths of integrated learning in SAP support and implementation projects is definitely worthwhile. There is a healthy exposure to multiple business scenarios and diverse domains.
