From being a fresher to a consultant in the cloud team, my trainers and my managers have trained, guided, and enabled me to do well. The supportive collaboration in my team made my involvement in the projects a good one. IVL gave me the opportunity to work as a front-end developer in advanced development spaces such as WEB IDE and Business Application Studio (BAS). I was also able to explore many new technologies such as Restful ABAP Programming and Cloud Application Programming Model (CAPM). There are many activities that involve multi-team cooperation such as cultural and sports events. The work environment is adequately equipped to get resources for tasks to be performed efficiently. The compensation and benefits are good but some of the unique perks add to the job satisfaction.
