Following a major career change decision, I aimed to choose a domain that would allow me to apply my business knowledge effectively, this led me to pursue SAP, where I began as an ABAP Developer at Innoval Digital Solutions. Although I have only 6-8 months of SAP experience, the trainings I received from Innoval helped me establish a strong base in SAP ABAP. My connect with HR and managers helped me to apply myself with positivity and confidence in the task assigned to me. I am able to my prior experience effectively as an ABAP developer. Personally I am impressed by how much effort my managers and HR puts into grooming employees and those with career gaps. As i approach my second work anniversary i still remember my first day at Innoval. I had limited knowledge of handling SAP systems especially FICO. However, I started my journey with an excitement to learn and take up challenging work. I began to understand SAP systems and learn different modules with the help and support from team members & managers. They always encouraged me and made the learning to process easier. Today, I am proud to say tat i am handling three different clients, addressing pain of customers and building new skills. This hands on experience was invaluable and helped me grow professionally and personally.
