The balance between work and personal life is very good. There is time flexibility which will help to manage your personal life. Work environment is quite well.

When we talk about "dislike" for this company. There are multiple things as: There is no professional growth, there is less learning, there is less appraisal, it does not matter weather you work hard/dedication or not, you will not get justify. The company expectation from the employee is that they can take/demand for multiple work f rom the employee, it does not matter the work or interest belongs to the employee or not, (I mean to say, i.e, if you are a JAVA developer then you may have to work on front end or designing part also, or if you are a web/UI designer developer then you may have to also work on JAVA/Testing/PPT/Documentations etc. or other back-end related development work,) you have to always mentally prepared to do any kind of development related work. you will never ask for your interest....Read More
