It has a great Friendly Environment with no hierarchy based system. Everybody thoughts and ideas are well heard and listen work in a closed environment with senior and top management always helping and be involved in every projects.

Dislikes

Due to tough timeline of some projects extra working hours where you have to work late nights.

Work- life balance If you are dedicated towards work only Than its good But you can't handle both your family and work

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning but slowly I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.
