At Infovision,I was in technical trouble shooting process.I used to send an engineer to British customer's home ,if they reported a malfunction in their computer.

Salary - Good
Promotions - Good
Work satisfaction - Excellent
Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

From Infovision ,I was asked to leave.Process Manager/Director was .Mr.Pankaj.Team leader was Mr.Gurneet.Mr.JubiandMs.Prerna were friends.I could not meet the high process targets.

Work life at Infovision was good.I was given a system to work on .My team leader gave me total guidance,help,and support to work on my computer.

Work days: Rotational Shift (Flexible Timings)
