Job Description

Role: Manager HR (Compensation and Benefits)

Experience : 8 -12 Years ( Relevant Exp )

Salary : Upto 30 LPA

Mode : Hybrid

Notice Period : 45 Days Max ( Immediate Joiners Preferred )


Roles and Responsiblities :


  • Develop and execute a comprehensive compensation strategy that aligns with the organization's overall objectives and fosters a high-performance culture.
  • Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure the company's compensation packages remain competitive in the industry and local markets.
  • Oversee the annual salary review process, ensuring fairness, equity, and adherence to budgetary guidelines.
  • Manage the design, implementation, and administration of the employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, leave policies, and other perks.
  • Develop and design comprehensive and competitive benefits packages that align with the organization's overall compensation strategy and meet the needs of its diverse workforce.
  • Communicate benefit programs to employees and provide guidance on their usage and enrollment procedure.
  • Stay up-to-date with local, state regulations related to compensation and benefits, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and guidelines.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends to drive compensation and benefits decisions.
  • Create and update policies and procedures related to benefits enrollment, eligibility, changes, and terminations, ensuring they are communicated effectively to employees.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding benefit-related questions, concerns, and issues, ensuring a positive employee experience.
  • Manage and drive Rewards and Recognitions culture in the organization.
  • Partner with HRBPs, Finance and Leadership to ensure seamless integration of C&B programs into broader HR initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to structure competitive and compelling offers for new hires.
  • Design and administer variable pay plans including short term and performance incentives, to drive business outcomes.

Critical Skills to Possess:


  • Good understanding of HR policies and processes with great acumen to interpret and align to compensation and benefits strategy.
  • Strong background in managing compensation processes, good understanding of business/market, must have influencing and consulting abilities.
  • Demonstrated strong analytical, problem solving, strategic thinking, experience working with HR systems and decision-making skills.
  • Effective Communication: Proficiently conveys ideas and concepts, displaying clarity and articulation in communication. While a strong command of spoken English is important, minor grammatical errors are acceptable if the ability to express thoughts is not compromised.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: Demonstrates proactive leadership, fearlessly embracing calculated risks, fostering innovation, and generating novel ideas. Exhibits adaptability to changing circumstances and welcomes transformative shifts.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Prioritizes customer success by attentively addressing their needs, actively listening, and translating insights into actions. Strives to deliver exceptional experiences that create value and leave a lasting impact.
  • Agility: Challenges the prevailing norms, readily adapts to evolving situations, and takes proactive steps to drive progress. Seizes opportunities for change and demonstrates a flexible outlook.

  • Well versed with Ms Office

Preferred Qualifications:


  • MBA-HR from leading Universities and B Schools
  • 8-12 years of experience, preferably from IT/ITES Space.
