The Role:
Compensation & Benefits Manager will be responsible for leading total Rewards India. This position is responsible for delivering strategic priorities for India market, and ongoing management of total rewards programs within the market. Additionally, this role contributes to the global total rewards agenda by supporting both global projects from time to time.
Compensation & Benefits role will lead, manage and supporting the design and administration processes of the Company's compensation and benefits program for the Business group as well as the Solution Centre.
Compensation:
- Will lead the Annual Salary planning exercise for the India market approx. 1200 employees
- Ensure compliance to Global processes on workday tool.
- Assist in timely pay-outs of annual bonus as well as all variable payouts within India
- Supervises payroll checking working closely with Finance lead
- Assists the HR leader in Manpower planning and HR Budgeting
- Responsible for job levelling exercise to ensure that roles are correctly levelled against the market as well as internally.
- Participate in compensation and benefit benchmarking study to maintain competitiveness and use the market insights to strengthen existing compensation program.
- Responsible for sales commission plans and target roll out for India Market.
- Participate in compensation projects to support global total reward strategy.
- Provide subject matter expertise, guidance, and consulting support in all aspects of compensation to business leaders and HRBPs as required.
- Design the retention plan for high performers and critical resources conceptualizing and roll out of the plan.
- Offer recommendation after evaluation external market and internal equity.
- Lead the communication and awareness of total reward program initiatives.
- Managing and tracking annual budgeting process across all HR Cost buckets such as headcount, compensation, talent, reward & recognition etc and provide active visibility to cost and headcount run rate periodically.
- Signing off every month payroll and making sure zero errors in the payroll process
Benefits:
- Responsible for end-to-end benefit program from designing, administration to communication.
- Manage benefit renewals and implementation of new benefits, including RFPs, cost impact analysis, and presenting proposals to internal stakeholders
- Coordination with cross-functional partners in procurement, legal, payroll, and finance for vendor onboarding.
- Participate in benefit benchmarking study and identify and assess and analyze gaps in our current benefit administration process for the improvement and presenting the recommendation.
- Owning the vendor management and tracking the performance.
- Communicate employee on the Benefit program.
What are we looking for?
- 7-10 years of work experience in HR with 5+ relevant exp in handling compensation and benefits.
- Strong Analytical skills and number orientation
- Senior stakeholder management
- A self-starter with the ability to work with a high degree of autonomy
- Experience in working in a diverse, agile, and fast paced environment and show flexibility.
- Proficiency with HR systems, preferably Workday
- Knowledge of Indian Labour laws and statutory compliances.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills with attitude to identify and resolve problems
- Ability to communicate & articulate meaningfully
- Planning & organizational skills with proven ability to prioritize effectively
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office with proficiency in excel.
