- Job Evaluations: Conduct job analysis and evaluations to determine appropriate compensation levels for new and existing positions.
- Market Benchmarking: Lead salary surveys, market research, and analysis to ensure competitiveness.
- Compliance: Ensure compensation and benefits programs comply with local labor laws and regulations.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Manage compensation and benefits budget, ensuring cost efficiency and accurate forecasting.
- Employee Engagement: Partner with the HR team to promote compensation and benefits programs that enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Reporting: Generate regular reports on compensation metrics, employee costs, and benefit utilization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 10-15 years of experience in compensation and benefits management.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with HRIS systems.
- Knowledge of compensation laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
