Key skills for the job
- Interpreting and implementing HR policies: Ensuring that HR policies regarding compensation and benefits are followed
- Developing compensation and rewards strategies: Creating strategies for employee compensation and rewards
- Preparing budgets: Preparing HR budgets and manpower costs in line with the annual business plan
- Conducting salary reviews: Reviewing salaries based on market and sector benchmarking
- Executing performance appraisals: Carrying out annual performance appraisals, bonuses, and stock options
- Knowledge of preparing compensation packages and bonus programs
- Familiarity with different types of benefits and incentives
- Experience with job evaluation and benefits benchmarking
- Strong numerical and quantitative analysis
- A degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Finance, or a relevant field
- Experience with HRIS or payroll software
- Understanding of labor legislation
- Experience with employee satisfaction surveys
- MBA Degree in Full time from a Premium B School is a must.
