Compensation & Benefits Role - Industrial Products (10-18 yrs)

- Looking for a post graduate in management with 12-17 years of experience in compensation and benefits.

- Should be capable for developing and implementing compensation strategies within India and outside India.

- Someone who can handle stakeholders across hierarchies and departments.

- Extensive knowledge about compensation and benefit programs including market analysis.

- Good business understanding. Can coordinate with global teams for implementation of policies.

- Can handle salary benchmarking, incentive programs, compliance, governance, data analysis, payroll management, insurance, etc.

- This position will provide you the exposure to the Compensation & Benefits portfolio across countries in the Middle East and ASEAN region.

- The role will be focused on benefits topics across the region and will give you a chance to create & deploy impactful employee benefits programs.
