Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with over 15 years of expertise in managing large-scale projects and leading teams of 100-150 members. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in delivering projects using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Spring Reactive technology stacks. This role requires exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and communication skills to drive successful project outcomes.

Preferred Skills :

• Experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple large-scale projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Oversee teams of 100-150 members, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management.
• Develop and implement project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of project components.
• Utilize Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Spring Reactive technologies to drive project development and implementation.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring proactive problem-solving and issue resolution.
• Communicate project status, progress, and challenges to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence within the project teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in program/project management, with a proven track record of managing large-scale projects.
• Extensive experience with Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Spring Reactive technology stacks.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience overseeing teams of 100-150 members.
• Excellent strategic planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is a plus.
