SAP S/4 HANA Implementation Program Manager (12-18 yrs)

We are seeking a seasoned SAP S4HANA Implementation Program Manager with extensive experience managing large-scale SAP implementation projects.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SAP S4HANA upgrades, agile methodologies, and a proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and engage stakeholders effectively.

Key Responsibilities :

- Program Management : Lead and manage end-to-end SAP S4HANA implementation and upgrade projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.

- Technical Expertise : Leverage deep knowledge of SAP S4HANA to oversee technical deliverables and guide the team in addressing project challenges.

- Project Governance : Define project plans, track milestones, and manage risks and issues proactively.

- Stakeholder Engagement : Maintain effective communication with stakeholders at all levels, including business leaders, technical teams, and third-party vendors.

- Agile Methodology : Apply SAP Activate methodology or agile best practices to drive efficiency and adaptability in project execution.

- Team Leadership : Mentor and manage a cross-functional team, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment with project objectives.

- Reporting : Provide regular updates to stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and key decisions.

Must-Have Skills :

- SAP S4HANA Implementation : Proven experience in leading large SAP implementation projects, including SAP S4HANA upgrade experience.

- Project Management : Expertise in managing complex technical projects with multiple dependencies.

- SAP Activate Methodology : Knowledge of agile and SAP Activate methodologies is highly desirable.

- Stakeholder Management : Strong skills in engaging, managing, and communicating with stakeholders effectively.

- Leadership : Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire technical teams.

Desired Skills :

- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification.

- Knowledge of system integration processes and methodologies.

- Experience with budgeting and vendor management.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 12+ years of relevant experience in SAP program management.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
