An SAP S4 HANA Lead Consultant with 8-10 years of implementation experience typically has a comprehensive role that includes leading the planning, design, and implementation of SAP S4 HANA solutions.

Job Requirement:

- At least 7.6 years of experience with SAP PP and QM, including full lifecycle implementations.

- Proficiency in SAP Production Planning and Quality Management areas.

- Strong knowledge of industry best practices and SAP Best Practices.

- Ability to travel as required for project needs.

- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members.

- A degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is often preferred.

- SAP certification in PP/QM can be an advantage.

Desirable Skills:

- Experience in S/4HANA environments for both PP and QM.

- Familiarity with discrete, process, and repetitive manufacturing scenarios.

- Understanding of planning strategies and quality improvement processes.
