Job Description :

- Should be able to handle Support/Rollout projects and would be responsible for delivery of the end to end solution.

- Acts as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve problems and map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develop necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs.

- Analyzing and resolving High/Medium priority tickets in SAP for Production Support issues.

- He /She would be responsible to Configure the SAP system, prepare the Component testing and Configuration Rationale documents.

- He / She would responsible to create/update Sub-Process and Functional Design Documents for RICEF's and should work with Technical team to deliver the objects.

- He / She would responsible to submit weekly status reports to his manager.

- SAP functional knowledge (CO Module, Material Ledger and COPA).

- Proficient in design and configuration of CO sub-modules Process Cost Element Accounting, Cost Center accounting,- Product Costs, Internal Orders, Material Ledger and Profit Center accounting, CO-PA Assessment,- PA Transfer Structure.

- Proficient in design and configuration between MM-FI- and SD-FI Integration.

- Proficient in Legacy System Migration Workbench (LSMW).

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Ability to work in a results-oriented environment.

- Sound knowledge in Interfacing Techniques.

- Extremely strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Responsibilities include Production Support as well as new development as per the project one working time.

- Replicate the Controller role for CO module.

- Follow Project methodologies and quality standards.

- Problem resolution (troubleshooting, searching OSS) and escalation.

- Work towards and meet deliverable completion dates set by team leads.

- Recognize and report key issues to team lead in a timely manner.

- Track and report status to team lead on weekly basis.

- Track and report project time according to project policies.

- Manage own time and work effort effectively.

- Manage to work in offshore/on-site model.

- Basic knowledge on Financial Accounting and General Ledger.
