We Are Hiring : Drupal Developer

Role : Drupal Developer

Experience : 2 to 5 Years

Location : Navi Mumbai (On-site from Day 1 - No remote option)

Notice Period : Immediate to 10 days max

Eligibility Criteria :

Preferred Qualifications :

- BE/BTech/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Candidates with BSc/BCA should have a higher qualification such as MSc, MBA, or a related master's degree.

Experience & Skills :

Total Web Development Experience :

- 2+ years of hands-on web development experience using PHP.

Drupal Expertise :

- At least 1+ year of dedicated experience in Drupal 8 development (both backend and frontend).

- Expertise in Drupal 8 module development, site-building, and front-end theming.

Technical Skills :

- PHP : Strong PHP development skills with a focus on Drupal applications.

- Frontend Development : Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX.

- Drupal Theming : Experience in creating custom Drupal themes and knowledge of Drupal theme functions.

- Drupal Modules : Proficient in working with Drupal modules, such as Views, Panels, CTools, etc.

- LAMP Stack : Solid experience with Linux, Apache, MySQL, and PHP (LAMP stack).

- Version Control : Familiar with version control tools like Git, GitHub, and GitLab for managing and tracking codebase.

Key Responsibilities :

Feature Design & Implementation :

- Design, develop, and implement new features and functionalities in Drupal 8 to meet the business requirements and improve user experience.

- Work on complex, custom development tasks, including module and theme customization.

Custom Module Development :

- Develop custom Drupal modules to extend site functionalities.

- Follow best coding practices and ensure the modules are scalable, efficient, and well-documented.

Troubleshooting & Debugging :

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Drupal performance, bugs, and system integration.

- Implement fixes for Drupal modules and themes, ensuring high performance and security of the website.

Upgrades and Maintenance :

- Perform updates, upgrades, and patches to keep the Drupal 8 environment up to date.

- Work with the team to monitor, maintain, and optimize site performance.

Collaboration & Teamwork :

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, project managers, and other developers, to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Work closely with backend and frontend teams to ensure seamless integration between various technologies.

Code Reviews & Best Practices :

- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

- Maintain and improve development workflows and practices to ensure consistent code quality.

Learning & Adapting to New Technologies :

- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Drupal, PHP, and web technologies.

- Continuously improve your technical skills and adapt to new technologies or tools as needed.

Documentation :

- Document the code and development processes clearly for future reference.

- Write and maintain technical documentation to ensure smooth knowledge transfer and codebase understanding
