SAP S/4 HANA Consultant - Implementation & Configuration (5-10 yrs)

Role Overview :

As an SAP S/4HANA Functional Consultant/Team Lead/Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering complex SAP S/4HANA solutions for our clients in the high-tech industry. You will leverage your deep functional expertise and strategic awareness of the SAP market to provide innovative solutions, lead project teams, and drive client success. This role requires a blend of functional knowledge, consulting acumen, and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide expert functional guidance and solutions for complex client problems across the SAP S/4HANA ERP landscape throughout the project lifecycle.

- Act as a subject matter expert in SAP S/4HANA modules (MM, SD, PP, QM, eWM, IBP), providing strategic insights and best practices.

- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP S/4HANA solutions to meet client business requirements.

- Serve as a lead SAP Functional Solution Architect, supporting the development of end-to-end solutions for Request for Proposal (RFP) responses.

- Engage with clients to understand their requirements, conduct scoping workshops, and define solution roadmaps.

- Develop innovative solution designs that leverage our extensive service offerings and SAP best practices.

- Support business development activities, including proposal generation, solution planning, and delivery approach definition.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing expert advice.

- Lead project teams, providing guidance, mentorship, and ensuring successful project delivery.

- Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations.

- Manage integration with various ERP solutions, including SAP and non-SAP systems.

- Develop and execute Proof of Concepts (POCs) to validate solution designs and demonstrate value to clients.

- Stay up to date on SAP latest technologies and best practices.

Required Skills and Experience :

- 5+ years of functional experience in SAP S/4HANA modules (MM, SD, PP, QM, eWM, IBP).

- Proven experience in delivering 2-3 large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation and implementation programs for global clients.

- Extensive experience as an end-to-end SAP Solution/Functional Architect, with a track record of successfully contributing to 4-5 RFP responses.

- Strong understanding of business processes in high-tech, semiconductors, telecom, and IT/ITES industries.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Leadership experience is highly desirable.

Qualifications :

- MBA or postgraduate degree in a relevant field.
