Your Job :

The Hybrid Cloud Program Manager is responsible for leading the strategy, planning, and execution of hybrid cloud initiatives.

This role ensures seamless integration of public and private cloud solutions, aligning with business objectives while managing cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders.

Program Leadership :

- Define and execute hybrid cloud strategies to meet organizational goals.

- Oversee the design, deployment, and management of hybrid cloud environments.

- Ensure alignment with security, compliance, and governance standards.

Stakeholder Collaboration :

- Act as the primary liaison between technical teams, business units, and external vendors.

- Collaborate with IT leadership to establish hybrid cloud roadmaps and policies.

- Engage with C-suite executives to present program updates and strategic recommendations.

Project Management :

- Manage multiple hybrid cloud projects using Agile or other methodologies.

- Ensure timely delivery of milestones within budget constraints.

- Develop risk mitigation strategies for program challenges.

Vendor & Resource Management :

- Oversee vendor selection, SLA management, and performance tracking.

- Manage internal teams, including hiring, training, and talent development.

Optimization & Innovation :

- Identify opportunities for cost optimization in hybrid cloud operations.

- Stay updated on emerging technologies to enhance cloud capabilities.

Implementation & Management :

- Oversee Legacy modernization, migration of applications and infrastructure to hybrid cloud, Engineered cloud.

- Ensure optimal performance of cloud systems through monitoring and troubleshooting.

- Collaborate with IT security teams to maintain data privacy and compliance.

Collaboration & Leadership :

- Work closely with developers, DevSecOps engineers, and business analysts to deliver solutions.

- Provide technical guidance to teams on cloud best practices.

- Stay updated on emerging cloud technologies and trends.

Your Capabilities :

- Minimum of 10 years in hybrid cloud program management, with a proven track record of successful client engagements.

Technical Skills :

- Proficiency in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google, OCI, IBM Cloud), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), microservices, FinOps, iPaaS and APIs, Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (Terraform, CloudFormation), and CI/CD pipelines.

- Proficiency in Agile project management tools (e.g, Jira).

Qualifications : BE/B.Tech.
