Program Manager/ Sr. Program Manager For Belapur(Navi Mumbai) Location

Position- Program Manager / Sr. Program Manager

Brief

1. The Program Manager / Sr Program Manager is an Onsite Position for handling Program Management from client Office.

2. It is a 9 hour , General Shift job ( 10 am to 7 pm ) on all bank working days.

3. The position will need to follow Bank working day calendar and hence all bank holidays will be applicable to the position.

4. The Position is based out of Belapur ( Navi Mumbai )

5. The position will be part of Key Accounts vertical.

6. The position is required to oversee a team of around 50 to 80 People at client premises and also Oversee development and Deliveries for the client.

Responsibilities:

1. Single point of contact for Banks Program from Montran's end.

2. Driving several small/medium size projects within the program

3. Fortnightly Program Dashboard to Senior Management.

4. Overseeing the Site activities for the bank.

5. Regular interaction with the client’s Technical Managers, Platform team, Application Users to ensure that program objectives are achieved

6. Issue/escalation management across the program

7. MSA (Master Service Agreement), SOW, Invoices and Contracts management

8. Risk /Issue Management

9. Ensuring Customer Satisfaction

10. Customer Engagement

11. Resource Management

12. Working and planning on new business initiatives/proposals/CRs

13. Review the Project Plans and other project deliverables

14. Driving and arranging Steering committee meetings.

15. Defining the program governance (controls)

16. Managing stakeholders’ communication from governance point on view.

17. Ensure quality with timely delivery of task.

18. Monthly review of the project(s) with Bank team.

19. Must possess strong knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation procedures.

20. Commercial inclination is a must.

21. Should be able to negotiate on Efforts for change requests / Projects / Timelines / Rates with the client on Win-Win terms.

Requirements:

Educational Qualifications:

B.E. / B.Tech./ MBA / M.tech /MCA

Experience :

Minimum 14 Years exp.

Minimum 7 Years as Project/Program Manager.

Banking / BFSI / Payment domain is MUST.

Certifications :

PMP / PMI-ACP / CAPM/PRINCE2 Mandatory.
