In consideration of company, Absolutely no issues. We get good facilities, celebrations of festivals etc. it is good for one who is little lazy to do hard work and very good for localites.
Obviously the project which I was working. I was working for Accounts receivable - Billing. The work is dead easy but there is hell lot of micromanagement. Good company for new joiners or recently passed out students. You will get a strong knowledge of corporate world. Condition : Must switch job within 2 years.

I have been working in Infosys BPM for 2 years. No growth,no incentives, night shift allowances are very low compared to other competitors. Full work pressure and worst management. They won't understand employee concerns and health issues even HR also. By seeing Infosys brand don't join in Infosys BPM.
