Don't have too pressurized for anything. There's a space for even freshers in team. They can also question if they feel wrong things happened. Employee friendly rules and regulations.

As my experience in my team, too much favouritism is happening. Also they will keep grunge and will do backfire whenever they will get a chance. I don't know this will happen on every process. Also, salary hike and all are very often happen, after completing all the trainings and assessment we have to do favour for manager to get promotion and all. If you are very good in the process also no use.

The Infrastructure of all the Infosys campus will make everyone to come to Office daily because it very environmental friendly campus will full of trees and plants.. Transportation is worst they don’t even give solutions correctly for the pickup points(i have faced this personally, I was shifted to a new place and i asked the team about the nearby pickup points they told me we have only 1 pickup point in your area, after some days my co-passengers told me about the different points which are nearby). 3. The senior authorities can remove you at any time their is no job security specific names i want to take madhuri adnala, abhishek bose, samir Deshmukh terrible coordination. Within a day they can take away your access without letting know the higher and senior authorities.

The campus provides a fresh vibe, events are conducted time and again to keep it lively. Work culture is also fine. Knowledge building is appreciated, there are mandatory trainings one has to keep up with, which help you gain deeper understanding of the corporate work culture which is applicable you go anywhere.

Partiality is extremely high and there is no value for dedicated employee. There was no growth in the team which I was working. Even top performer, promotion was given only on the basis of higher offical favourites and not on the basis of performance. If I am employee raises complaint no action was taken by the person who is in charge.
