Since Joining this team, I have learned the value of time commitment. While management maintains a strict approach, it is very secure workplace for both Men and Women. The Salary is crucial for my family's well being. I extend my heartfelt gratitude to the management for their consistent punctuality in salary disbursement, even during the challenging times of the pandemic. The company has provided us with opportunities to acquire new skills, and the extra hours worked are compensated as incentives, which align well with my salary.
