1. To many HR Contacts, for hiring, reporting, documentation, salary, leaves... each one have one representative, for an employee it gets confusing 2. Keep getting random calls at random time, asking about project feedback - its completely unneccesary 3. Got a mail regarding productivity, which appears to have been written in desperation. experienced employees don't like getting such mails. 4. Failed in keeping the recruit time promise (4 yrs project duration), project got over in 3 months, indicating lack of business model/foresite. 5.
