They hire you to sent to a client location, client can ask you to work for 24*7, no work life balance on top of that you will be scared of loosing your job anytime

Dislikes

Nothing is good there, please don't spoil your career by joining this firm. I worked at client location Sabre Travel Technologies, I am a backend coder but for these 4 months I get to work only on HTML, XML and XSLT, CSS. please stay away from Infogain

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. I really enjoy working at Infogain because everything runs so smoothly. The organization fosters a collaborative and supportive work environment, with clear processes and a strong focus on employee growth. Dislikes

There isn’t much to dislike about working at Infogain. If I had to mention something, it would be that, like any organization, there can be occasional challenges in aligning timelines or managing priorities, but these are minor and usually resolved quickly through teamwork and communication.

Favouritism, biasness, abuse.. All the above are a demeanor and works against any Salary range you are offered. Abuse without any reason. Maybe disturbed personal/professional life at the other side but that's not acceptable at all.
