If no work is there then you will feel like benched. Appraisal are average. Demands to learn the technology and still not provide any infra for it to practice or demonstrate.

Good work environment and culture.Teammates are supportive.Company policies are good and they give good salary hike every year.

Dislikes

Salary is decent but career growth is slow.There is a bond of 3 years before which you cannot resign.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
