I'm working with INFINX since a year, the cabs are being provided here but the time is being wasted alot for 8pm-5am shift employees, the cab is picking up very late and while reaching the office it's being late., So that we can't achieve the target and the TL will force to strech the shift and complete the target. And while dropping in the morning the cab will leave the office at 6 and by the time i reach home it gets 7am. The worst facility of cab. Coming to the WORK the company just need the target from the employees. They'll increase the targets every week and it will become the pressure on the employee. There is dinner or breakfast provided by the company with bad quality. The night shifts are really awkward to work. Time will be just dedicated to the company and u can't do any other personal works Total day will be gone in sleeping and after waking up being ready to office repeat the same daily. There will be weekoff on sat and Sunday but they will force us to come to office for the Overtime and they won't pay the OT on time, overtimes will always be in due and arrears. Finally concluding I want to say that there is partiality shown b/w the employees, alot of work pressure for thier targets. Nobody follows the company norms. Yes. *You have to cover the cab delays *Food quality *If i want to come by self just provide the reasonable price for travel allowance. *Don't show partiality * Salary is being paid same to the intermediate and the Graduate employee this should be immediately fixed.

Every things is good but working as trainee for 6 months is not satisfying because we are giving out our 100 percent but it's like something is holding back is at last it was designation. And 2nd thing the transport facilities are at there worst nothing can improve they Transport service administration of transport department are trash.

It's good work experience is like sliding on a butter slice so good and i have learnt so many things which make me feel confident.
