I came here in the hope of good staff and bosses. The staff is undoubtedly very nice here. I am happy to see that the management has chosen qualified and educated professionals. The bosses are also kind. I have met them a few times. They recognize who all are workings in the company and are aware of their performances as well.

Dislikes

A Continuous desk job is sometimes not good for health. The shift should be shorter because of this.

We have enough employees in the team. But some of them don't take initiative to work more. Hence, the extra burden comes on a few.

I also feel that this company's work culture is perfect for employees. They can be completely dedicated at work when such is the culture. It should be maintained the same way in the future too.

Learning in this organization is not limited to any department, person or designation. The work culture is such that you can learn from anywhere and anyone. The employees are not only recognized and rewarded, Their feedback is appreciated and employed. The management of the organization is very keen to roll out training and learning programs to keep their employees updated.

The lack of sufficient parking space is a huge problem for both old and new employees alike.

The management is very helpful. Right after I Joined, felt sick for a long time. Usually, No company gives more than a few leaves in the probation period. The management was kind enough to understand that working in my condition would not be possible. I rejoined after getting better.

I've enjoyed my time in this company. I began the role as a newbie. From the first day of this job, I have worked with awesome leaders who greatly guide me. They simplify everything, making tasks easy to understand. Their briefings has always been clear. It's because of all their help that I've nailed every task given to me. This is a must join company if you are a fresher.

Celebration in the workplace are the most awesome. Some days ago, all of us celebrated Christmas. We played games and exchanged gifts. Everything was so much fun. Treats were organised to make the celebration more enjoyable. I'd look forward to more such events to create more sweet memories with my colleagues.

A lot of previous are satisfactory, however, if comfort is a concern, then outdated furniture is something to do away with. I don't really like the seats in particular.

Infiniti Research is an impressive company. It offers a fantastic office environment. There are several standout advantages. The workflow here is as smooth as one can imagine. It's fairly easy to connect with the top management people whenever they are needed. On top of that, there are flexible office hours. Another big plus is the leave policy.

Access to paid online platforms is limited for participating in courses that I personally wish to do.

What I appreciate here the most is the work I am assigned. It is challenging but engaging and serves my professional requirements.
