Amenities such as complimentary snacks for the staff are nice. A space for recreational purpose is also there. We play games almost every week to take a break from work. Outings are planned for us at times. Then we go out for meals, sponsored by the company. There's is nothing really that is lacking here.

All the managers at Infiniti Research are are great at their job. And they have the best abilities to do. All of them are good listeners. They maintain transparency. Moreover, they see to it that the work conditions are unbiased for all. Also they have this really awesome habit of communicating with employees frequently.

Dislikes

Sometimes, meetings go on for long hours. They shouldn't be stretched like this without informing.

Celebration in the workplace are the most awesome. Some days ago, all of us celebrated Christmas. We played games and exchanged gifts. Everything was so much fun. Treats were organised to make the celebration more enjoyable. I'd look forward to more such events to create more sweet memories with my colleagues.

A lot of previous are satisfactory, however, if comfort is a concern, then outdated furniture is something to do away with. I don't really like the seats in particular.

Infiniti Research is an impressive company. It offers a fantastic office environment. There are several standout advantages. The workflow here is as smooth as one can imagine. It's fairly easy to connect with the top management people whenever they are needed. On top of that, there are flexible office hours. Another big plus is the leave policy.

What I appreciate here the most is the work I am assigned. It is challenging but engaging and serves my professional requirements. In my role, in this company, I feel really secure. That is because Infiniti invests in its team. It is good for getting top-notch training. Ans all the team leaders are very agile and equipped. In terms of my performance, my job is secure. But, otherwise, also, I feel safe. Everyone treats me respectfully, giving me positive vibes.

Certain complex things were there. Nothing was extremely worrisome. The management was really quick in taking control of these.
