Working at Infiniti research has been awesome due to 2 reasons. Firstly, this is the company I have initiated my career with. Secondly, the company has everything that I need. My first job has been really amazing here because of my colleagues too. I am not good at communicating but they understand this and try including me in their conversations.

I have received everything I wanted, be it employee benefits or the environment. So, I have no dislikes or problems.

This is a job full of amazing benefits. I work without strict deadlines. The shift as per the standard office duration. To maintain my performance, I am given feedback every week. I have quick access to the top management. The bosses are aware of my performance and improvement. They give me rewards too. It is wholly a pleasing job.

For regional festivities and rituals, please provide longer breaks. It is more relaxing when I have an additional day to travel.

The company has lot of ongoing projects. I was given tasks related to many of these. Indeed, I am managing several things that needs my attention. But I have not really seen any burden. I have also noted that the deadlines are made after discussions. A single person alone doesn't decide them. I can share my bandwidth as per which the deadline is set.

The helper does not clean my desk regularly after the lunch hours.

I was made familiar with the systems used in the company for several processes. While using these, I ran into some concerns. I could see the HR being occupies by certain things. Yet, when I asked for help, I was promptly assisted. The quickness of the HR is good and it should be maintained too.

Dislikes

I go out to drink tea. I don't like the way it is made here. The quality of the ingredient is the another concern for me.

Work-life balance is good here. I never had to make extra effort to create this balance. Everything is manged in such a way that this balance gets created with ease.
