Amenities such as complimentary snacks for the staff are nice. A space for recreational purpose is also there. We play games almost every week to take a break from work. Outings are planned for us at times. Then we go out for meals, sponsored by the company. There's is nothing really that is lacking here.

When you work in a secure environment, you are at an advantage. The location is additionally safe. It is located in a busy spot so it is never an issue to travel alone. Within the office premises, there are some policies that govern it. Aside from being safe, it is a happy workplace.

This is a great office to explore a number of projects. Exposure is relevant to my job profile. Nothing about my job is monotonous. This makes my role exciting and prevents me from getting bored at work. Along with that, all the projects I have worked on so far have been interesting.

In my previous offices, I was majorly coordinating with engineers. But in this office, I have the opportunity to connect with different teams. Cross-functional teams are there. Connecting with the teams has led me to develop better communication skills. Since I am more skilled now, it is easier to coordinate with them.

This office has been nicely designed. However, more cabinets could have been attached to every desk. Mine is very small and can hold only a few things.

Following an open-door policy, Infiniti Research has created a really awesome environment. Because of this policy, no one hesitates in clearing things up. The employees can freely talk about anything in their mind like any doubts or concerns. HR is too good at handling things. I find HR to be like a friend who is always there to listen me.

During the cold weather, the blower is turned which I don't find to be very comfortable.

This is quite a thrilling job. I have a completely relaxed, happy and satisfying office life. Work is prioritised as much as fun activities. Once in a while HR arranges fun days. We plays games as well as quizzes and have fun. There are some break rooms for the employees. They can feel more at ease while they are in these rooms.

While talking to some employees, I find communication to be a concern. Their responses are not clear enough which cause some confusion in work.

Extreme mico-management, bad leave approval policies, HR is not cooperative and listens to only the board members, no 1-1 meetings with managers, they just like to pull the strings using other senior members, they are not ready to listen to problems of other team members, you will be called for meetings even during leaves. Don't work for Technavio, they are extremely toxic and 0 work-life balance. Because of the open-door office policy here, I am at absolute ease. This is the type of culture where I feel that I am listened to. If I have a few suggestions to make or want help with something, someone is always there for me. HR is the best at keeping things confidential.

It's convenient to have the office cafeteria. But it is small and can't fit the entire team.
